35 full weeks and 36th week starts today!

Naomi, by the end of next week, you'll be considered early full term.  You have fat on your cheeks and sensitive hearing, and you practice your blinking.  Most of your body is fully ready, but your lungs could use a little more maturing.  You might be up to 6 pounds and 20.5 inches long; most likely done on length but it's possible you will put on another 1-2 pounds before birth.  We think you are head down, but will need to make sure.  We love you very much.

I believe Naomi's head has dropped into my pelvis, resulting in me being able to breathe easier, but being more uncomfortable when walking/needing to go to the bathroom more.  Still not sleeping well and dealing with back and pelvic pain.  Feet and ankles are usually swollen.  And getting a little stressed over everything else that needs to be done or bought.

I was having a lot of contractions last night that wouldn't speed up or slow down.  We went to bed and I couldn't sleep at all.  Got up after 4 hours and got very, very sick.  I felt better, but then Jared started getting up and being sick, and he still feels rotten 12 hours after that.  We had gone out for a nice Valentine's dinner, had the same meal, and it made us ill.  Happy Valentines!

Tuesday is the baby shower at work, and also a visit to the OB where they will do an in-depth ultrasound and some screenings/blood work.  I'm supposed to go to the chiropractor on Friday, which I really need!
